The founder of Executive Connect, Thomas Lehmann Heintzelmann is driven by and adept with improving the bottom lines of global companies, by providing expertise in executive search, collaboration and leadership development.
Thomas offers an in-depth understanding of the business, culture and the performance expectations in the transport and logistics industry, based on six years in the sector at both Maersk and DSV combined with 20+ years of expertise in recruiting to C-suite and board-level positions and developing Leaders, in publicly traded companies across Industries.
Prior to founding Executive Connect, Thomas headed Talent Acquisition and the Executive Talent Management program in DSV and has previously held similar roles at Maersk and Partner roles in Executive Search and Management Consultancies.
