The process is simple. It starts with a meeting onsite or online to align on specifics for the role and expectations to the candidates. Executive Connect (EC) provides a job description in the client’s chosen format. The Client and EC meet again within a few days to go through a gross-list of candidates, narrowing it down to a net-list. EC will reach out to the candidates on the net-list, while the initial skills-based interviews are a joint approach. The chosen few making it through the initial interviews are invited for an assessment interview, ideally attended by the Client and EC. After the assessment, EC will collect references from former managers and report the final candidate(s), and the Client will decide which candidate to offer the position to and close the contract.
Document production, research and communication is to a large extend assisted by AI, cutting time-to-recruit in half.
